　　研究方向

　　主要聚焦于以下几个方面：（1）鱼类功能基因组学和比较基因组学：重构不同病原菌刺激后鱼类的RNA及非编码RNA的调控网络，解析鱼类粘膜免疫屏障应答调控机制研究；（2）鱼类模式识别受体TLR及NLR的起源进化及作用机制；（3）探索非编码RNA与模式识别受体和下游免疫信号通路之间调控关系。目前，本人主持国家自然科学基金青年项目等3项科研课题，累计经费95万元；以第一/共同第一/通讯作者在国外学术刊物共发表SCI论文15篇。
